he finally figured out how to appoint himself to a divisional command."

         "Well, what's he doing applying for a divisional command
*again*?  And he seems to think he's just a Lt. General, if you listen to
his rantings against bureaucrats."

         "He might be aware of his own rank.  He might just be ignorant
that Generals are only qualified for Army command.  With him, you never can

tell where his ignorance lies.  Maybe he thinks he's a peacock in the
gardens of Versailles, or the Emperor of Rome.  He'll change his mind again

in a day or two."
