Sir

I have read your letter with interest and will seriously consider your
application. I am sure however that you are aware of the army restructuring,
and
due to this there may be a delay in processing your application. I hope to
give
you a more solid responce in a few days.

Lt. General le Duc Sam d'Wich, OC 2nd Division

[OOC - I will appoint you but my post as Division commander runs out this
month
so the order may fail depending upon the order or execution. If however I
cannot
appoint you and I get a new Division Commanders post then I will appoint you
next
month]
