Minister of State von Fersen, having rooted out all traitors in the goverment I hereby see the job I have accepted finished. I see it now as my duty to serve France, the King and Cardinal as becoming a full member of the Council of Minister, a position I already held briefly as acting Minister of Foreign Affairs. I think I would serve best as Minister of Finance and Marine and I hereby sumbit my application to this position.
