untuk informasi tambahan saja, dia sekarang buka cabang di
automall, dan di dekat masjid sunda kelapa, menteng jakarta....
hebat ya,...pusatnya aja yg agak masuk ke dalam gang harga
perporsinya Rp 35,000 + Nasi/ Pisang harganya lupa??? sudah cukup mahal,
apalagi kalau dia nyewa temapt di automall dan menteng,..

Dear Bangoers,
Sebulan lalu, di milis ini membincangkan topik Sate
Afrika. Nah, semalam usai peluncuran buku The Jakarta Good Food Guide
karya Laksmi Pamuntjak di Aksara Bookstore Kemang, saya sempat mencicipi
Sate Afrika. Ya, yang jual orang Afrika beneran. Sayangnya, saya tidak
bawa kamera jadi tidak bisa berbagi gambar di milis. Rupanya, daging
kambingnya tidak dibakar seperti umumnya sate, tapi dimasak dalam panci
besar. Untuk penyajiannya mirip seperti Kambing Guling, daging
diiris-iris dalam potongan cukup besar, lalu ditaruh sambal pedas di
tepi piring. Tulang-tulang yang berdaging juga disajikan. Dikasih Kecap
Bango? Ternyata tidak. Jadi ini PR buat Kecap Bango untuk "menyusup" ke
Sate Afrika ..:))
Selain Sate Afrika, hidangan yang tersaji di acara
tersebut adalah Martabak Kubang, Bakmi Aheng,
Mi Item (dicampur tinta cumi), aneka ragam masakan dari
Warong Selera "Acil Inun's" (masakan khas Kalimantan Timur), Es Doger,
aneka ragam hidangan persembahan dari Koko Bogana, dan masih banyak yang
lainnya. Selain itu ada juga beberapa menu masakan asing yang menyertai.
Yang jelas, nikmatnya hidangan makan malam itu bikin para tamu betah di
sana hingga larut malam.
Oh ya, semalam saya bersua dengan tiga Bangoers lainnya
yaitu Mbak Sari, James dan Mbak Woro. Usai bersantap, mereka memborong
buku-buku yang didiskon selama masa peluncuran.
Tak lupa mereka meminta bubuhan tanda tangan penulis di
buku tersebut.
Bagaimana dengan Bangoers lainnya? Apakah semalam ada
yang mampir ke Aksara? Maaf, saya tak kenali wajah semua Bangoers.
Mungkin perlu kirim foto ya biar tidak salah orang.
