Bantu, ah..... Gado2 : sayuran nya direbus dulu, kecuali daun selada. Cara mengolah bumbu nya khusus. Kacang disangai dulu (digongseng tanpa minyak). Kemudian di haluskan sampai keluar minyak (lebih baik dengan cara diulek). Trus di godok dengan bumbu mawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe merah yg sdh dihaluskan terlebih dahulu, ditambah dengan daun salam, garam dan gula pasir serta gula merah sedikit. Digodok sampai keluar minyak. Bumbu gado2 siap di siramkan keatas sayuran.
Lotek : sayuran hampir sama dengan gado2 dan direbus tapi tanpa daun selada. Bumbu : kacang yg sudah digoreng bersama garam, cabe dan gula dihaluskan mendadak saat akan membuat nya. Ada 2 versi lotek. Lotek bandung menambahkan kencur pada bumbunya, sedangkan lotek bogor tidak memakai kencur. Karedok : sayurannya semua mentah. Bumbu diulek langsung seperti lotek dan harus memakai kencur. Karena kencur adalah ciri khas karedok.
