Mbak Wiwin.. Aku cb share ya...biasanya jamur putih itu (jamur merang)...biasanya aku tumis aja... Bahannya : Jamur putih, wortel, baby corn (putren), bwg pth dan merah, daun bwg seledri... Kalo mau pake bakso atau udang bisa juga... semua bahan diiris serong agak tipis... tuang 2 sendok minyak sayur ke wajan...tumis bwg mrh+pth sampai harum lalu masukkan wortel dan putren, beri air dikit sesuai banyaknya sayuran...lalu masukkan bakso/udang...kalo sdh setengah mateng masukkan jamurnya masak sampai layu dan masukkan daun bwg+seledri beri garam dan penyedap sesuai selera ..angkat deh...makan dgn nasi panas...yummi... selamat mencoba ya... salam,
