Xavier,
As we are partners right now I don't think that it is good to make a
conversation using quotes from third party site and especially using
arbitration process. That won't make our relationships better.
If we want to work further then we need to talk online. Please back online
so we can chat live.

Best regards,

Gary Sedyh

Posted in the arbitration process:

"Depending on how Multiprogramming answers to this message, within this
arbitration process, I would like to choose then if I'm stopping to work
with them or if we try one last time. The last deadline was missed, and
currently given the level of communication and the state of the
application, I'm not confident that multiprogramming can successfully
complete this project.

I would need Multiprogramming to respect the agreements we had, both
included in the initial requirements or agreed upon in the project
comments. This includes, but is not limited, to:

* Respect deadlines. If one is agreed upon, it has to be matched. You
can't just say "Sorry we didn't make it" at the last minute without a
thorough explanation of what went wrong - be proactive!
* Be present in the chat at http://farsides.com/chat/ during business
hours and prompty answer requests there
* Answer emails on the mailing-list/forum that are addressed to you
within 24 hours
* Post *detailled* daily reports (this was done every day lately, but
the posts are just two-liners without details or explanations)
* Commit & push work to the repository on Launchpad every day, and
respect the requirements found in the specifications.

In general, what is missing here is a higher level of professionalism
and proactiveness. I could have reacted entirely differently to the
delays if you paid more attention to communication, Gary & Illya.

Xavier."
