I've updated the job description - I've lightened the requirements (splitting them between "must have" and "pluses", modified the sample work and fixed a few things here and there. I've also changed the job title to "Game developer" - on the job boards that aren't about games, you may want to use "Web developer - Online games" to still attract the right people, but "Game developer" is more consistent with Vlad's title for example.
