Despite the obvious advantages (less recruitment work, easier communication 
between coders from the same company, etc.), I think it has some disadvantages, 
so I wanted to discuss it here to get opinions.




[David] Agreed on a general point of view, and agreed in our current situation. 
It’s better to avoid this for the time being. 

I’d prefer not to rule out completely the possibility though by making it a 
final rule - we might think it’s ok to do it at some point in the future (i 
don’t know when and how but for instance, let’s assume we do a specific project 
on the side, it’s in a while from now so our processes are smoother, we’ve got 
the two perfect people to do that, they’re used to open source organization and 
they work together.  Then I guess it’s worth challenging our position on this).
