Hi, I've just discovered this management system, which intends to facilitate exactly our type of structure, an Open Enterprise. I've had a quick look and created a sample project there, it seems it could be a possible option for tracking, voting, and suggestions (ie it could replace the task tracker + bug tracker + uservoice).
The main difference with the way we are structured right now is that they make it easy for everyone to vote on issues - currently it's mainly David and I who are approving stuff, using this would allow us to decentralize it even further, as core team members would all get equal voting rights (today, that would be David, Vlad, Deborah and myself). It's not free software, but the guys are open to it if they can find the right model. And we can export the data if anything goes awry or of we want to move elsewhere.
