I've read a bit more, and it goes further - they have three roles, which
fit well with our classification:

* Contributor (someone that contributes anything to the project)
* Member (which get votes, and whom recurring contractors would be part
of)
* Core team (elected by members, but nominated by core team members -
it's the role of representation, reporting to all stakeholders and
maintaining the values through governance policies)
