Thanks for this David - nice presentation : ) (and congratz to Deborah for the design!). Will be good to get the point of view of the investors on the latests evolutions and discussions. I'm ok with most of it - there is only one point I'm not comfortable with: dates. I gave it some thoughts today, and despite the advantages in terms of focus, I'm really not in favor of starting to give release dates and precise time tables now. Things tend to slip, and by giving release dates we'll only end up creating expectations and, often, disappointments. This applies to investors the same way it applies to players. I would be much more comfortable giving a roadmap rather than a schedule - providing the same information about the next steps, but without dates. It would be a very good occasion to explain the motto "it will ship when it's ready". Since our burn rate is not fixed every month, it would probably make more sense to speak only in terms of money spent rather than time spent - what do you think? Later on, when we get a fixed release cycle working, we could reconsider this (we would then postpone features out of a release if it's not ready though - so the underlying concept of "shipping when it's ready" would still apply). But right now it would be shooting ourselves on the foot, imho.
