For the next daily iterations, it would be good if we can have back
some important elements that we left apart for this first time : the
unit test and upgrade script mentioned by Xav, and the release note.

include them in the previous one, so i'll handle them in the next iteration

We should address it for the 3 iterations : Dec 24th, Dec 31, and today.
