Yes, probably very true. I found the chat mode to mechanical and dry. Let me suggest this: let's make the chat portion a video chat. Bill would converse with the player on a webcam while the player would answer with words. A lot of the information then would be spoken, lively, we would see Bill's emotions when he is attacked.
