Yeah, the "finding missing agent" mission suits that need well.

I think we try to say too much in the mission, like explaining what rot13 is
for example, the text  should be more to the point.

A good "hack attack" effect will capture the attention an make it much more
fun.

Yes, probably very true.  I found the chat mode to mechanical and dry.  Let
me suggest this:  let's make the chat portion a video chat.  Bill would
converse with the player on a webcam while the player would answer with
words.  A lot of the information then would be spoken, lively, we would see
Bill's  emotions when he is attacked.  I would do it, just for fun, to see
how that goes.
