Hi Xavier,
I was hoping that I would be able to speak with Pramendra and get all
the information. He has traveled back to him home (native place) hence I
have not been able to touch base with him. But I agree that I should
have updated you earlier, my fault, I apologize for that.
Anyways, we do not want to go into arbitration and want to complete the
project, though we are aware that this is going to be uphill task from
here. We will need your support on this as new developer without much
support from Pramendra would take a bit of time to get up to speed.
[email protected] is already in the bar mailing list and he shall be
taking charge of this project now forward.
To answer the questions you had asked:
1) Was the latest version of the code uploaded on Launchpad? I'll
retreive it from there
>> Latest code is not checked in. Pranjal is exploring the code and
launch page repository and shall check it in by Saturday and will
update.
2) Can you make sure the installation instructions for the code base are
up to date and work? I'll probably reinstall from scratch - it has been
some time so I don't want to miss something out
>> We shall prepare installation instruction and send it to you when the
code is checked in.
3) Is there a precise list of the things that are still missing? This
way I'll only focus on things that are supposed to work, and I'll try to
find solutions with you for the things that remain
>> List I am afraid we will have to prepare. I think we should be able
to send it by Monday end of the day.
4) [email protected] will now be primary developer on this project.
Looking forward to your response.
Best!
Ajay

Hi Ajay,
Many thanks for your reply - I'm really glad you're willing to finish
the project despite the circumstances, it's always a drain on everyone
when we have to stop a project in the middle.
I'll try to support you in this as much as I can - just take into
account that on my side I still need to ensure the project is completed
in a timely fashion, so I will need to remain vigilant on that side. Do
you agree with the principle of the daily update? It doesn't need to be
on vWorker, the mailing-list is fine too.
Thanks for the answers you gave me, I will wait to hear back from
Pranjal on Monday - looking forward to work with him, and the new
developer.
Cheers,
Xavier.
