Hello Xavier, I think we can use Kohana as it doesn't in conflict with your requirements.
Spec: Must be implemented in object-oriented model and must not use global variables. All SQL requests must be made through data objects (http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.database.db-dataobject.php) . Kohana already has library for database access (http://docs.kohanaphp.com/libraries/database), or we need to use those you mentioned? I mean why we need to use Best, Gary
