Yes, that's good - given the general state of the project, I was afraid this would actually be more difficult. Yes, it's tricky. : ) That's actually a good reminder of why it's important to make a good assessment of the quantity of work for a given task before accepting it, otherwise you end up working more time on it than planned... :/ This is especially true when we integrate new libs or projects, it's always good to at least quickly install and try it. But here it will really depend on the amount of work there is on AjaxIM. If it's very small it won't be an issue, if it's big, even if the integration of AjaxIM is part of the alpha1.2, it wouldn't be fair for you to include everything in the alpha1.2 release - we can then see how to split it in future releases.
