Following a chat with Vlad, here is the plan for the current iteration and
the next one :
- current iteration (until next Thursday end of day) :
- backend of missions (the class structures, loading of missions
from a directory, the basic functions (echo something to the terminal, wait
for action etc))
- test scenario so that I can test and validate the iteration
- Given that this iteration started this morning, it's a 'partial'
iteration, 4 days instead of 5. The invoice will be of 750$*4/5 (600$)
- next iteration (from next Friday to the Thursday after) :
- frontend of missions : Vlad reckons it will take three days.
- There remains 2 days free in the iteration : Xav can you suggest a
technical release for Vlad that would take around 2 days please ?
- In parallel, the second half of the 1.2, AjaxIM, should be followed-up
with updates on the daily report.
On the side : in the coming days, I will try to setup a planning linked to
the task tracker so that each one of us knows what tasks need to be
performed when (coding, but also specification, review, etc.). Vlad I hope
you can help me with that by being the guinea pig for the tool :-)
