It would be good to try to see how you could improve the cards the
players had trouble with during David's playtest, yes. The idea is not
to make a lot of iterations over this now, but it's more an opportunity
to give you some time to reflect on the feedback and try a few changes.

What the changes should be is up to you - just try to take into account
the feedback and see what you could try to improve.

David and I. But it shouldn't be too much of an issue imho, we'll get
other opportunities to improve the cards further once the game is
released. Personally, as long as you take the feedback into account and
make a few changes accordingly, I will be ok with it - the goal is not
to be perfect, but more to start the process to integrate feedback from
the players - it's easy to do it now since the cards are only sketches,
so it's a perfect opportunity.

That's fine with me - it shouldn't delay the project, as it doesn't
change the date at which Illya will receive the site design. So unless
someone sees an issues that I didn't see, I think we can go for this.

= Cards schedule =

* Aug 26-Sept 6: Deborah progressively send cards on the
  mailing-list as they are designed, to get feedback and comments
  (she remains in charge of the content of the cards and their
  consistency though)
* Sept 7th: Delivery of the set of 36 card sketches (7*5+1)
* Sept 8th: Approval of 9 of the 36 cards
* Sept 8th-Sept 12th: Play tests
* Sept 11th: Delivery of a first set of 9 finalized cards
* Sept 13th-Sept 14th: Based on the results of the play tests, decision
  on whether modifications are necessary or not. Approval of all cards
  that don't need to be modified to allow Deborah to start working on 
  finalizing them
* Sept 16th: Delivery of changes on the cards sketches, if any
* Sept 23rd: Delivery of finalized version of all approved cards


= Game interface schedule =

* Sept 13th: Delivery of the game interface of *one* screen by
  Deborah
* Sept 14th-Sept 16th: Comments on the interface design by all,
  modifications & validation
* Sept 16th: Delivery of the fully functional game by Illya and
  Gary. 
* Sept 17th-Sept 19th: Review of the released version, comments & bug
  reports (especially the ones about the layout, to allow Deborah to
  work based on the correct layout)
* Sept 20th: Illya fixes all bugs/issues relative to the interface
  layout, to allow Deborah to start working on the design based on the
  application screens
* Sept 21th: Review of fixes. If ok, Deborah starts working on the rest
  of the game interface screens
* Sept 26th: Delivery of the design for all game screens by
  Deborah
* Sept 30th: Delivery of the design integration by Illya
