[David] I've arranged the file so that we can retrieve a weekly report from the file, with the rentability. I've uploaded the new financials on the wiki (in financials folder), so you can have a look. > Which makes me think about the fact that I still need to make sure the > right metrics will be extracted. [David] To make the file easier to use, I've put in grey all the cells where we need metrics from the game. Here is the overview : Each week, and for each source (adwords, Stumble open, facebook, and any other source) : - new visitors - new registered users - new registered users from virality (brought by users who come from the current source) - churn (by week in) : loss from players who arrived at week 1, 2, ... until current week - paying users (by week in) : number of paying players from those who arrived at week 1, 2, ... until current week - revenues generated from users of the current source - cost per visitor for the current source I think that'd be a good start. > Good! [David] For now I prefer to leave the CS/CM team only correlated to the number of players, as it's done currently - because it's difficult for me to forecast the respective player group size of each territory. Unless you have a good way to do it of course. _______________________________________________ Hackit Bar mailing list - [email protected] Wiki: http://community.hackit.cx/ List: http://community.hackit.cx/ml/ Forum: http://community.hackit.cx/forum/ Ideas: http://community.hackit.cx/ideas/ IRC: irc://irc.freenode.net/#politis
