Thanks! I've made a few modifications. Nothing fundamental - just
precisions, and tried to make some parts clearer. Have a look at the

I like the fact that the objectives are very precise and measurable
(except the fourth one - if you could tried to make it more SMART it
could be very helpful). I would like to add ones related to the
following things (I don't have a clear idea of what they could be
precisely, so help is welcomed!):

      * One clear objective for each of the two games - not about the
        number of players (which is already covered), but about the
        state of the game. Could be something like "reaching beta
        status" but it would need to be more precise than this imho.
      * One objective about the way we work together - could be
        something like "New contributors have all been tutored by at
        least one recurring contractor", but this needs more thinking

Also, the ratio of 50% between registered users and active users is a
bit unrealistic IMHO. I would just keep the active users one actually,
it's the most important of the two. Maybe also make it a number more
easy to remember - like 2000 active players.
