Thanks! I especially had a look at the two job description. I did less changes than I thought I would do - actually they are not that bad already. I've only adjusted the game description for the storyteller (to match the one we give for the game designer, which is most straightforward) and lightened some of the requirements. I'll still need to update the process - to avoid being flooded, we'll probably want to ask candidates to fill a form first, before asking some of them to subscribe on the mailing-list.
