I'm not sure of what you mean by "recruiting on a slow pace"? Is it just keeping an hear for people, or is it active recruitment, with posts of ads and everything? The first one seems good to me. It's always good to spread the word in our networks that we are looking, as it may take some time to achieve anything. For the second one, I don't see how it would not take a lot of time. If we post ads, we would have to look at CVs, prepare interviews, exercises, discuss... To be done well, all of this is very time consuming. Honestly, I think we'll get enough time to take care of this once we've got a good base for the game. Not being able to hire fast enough is a rich people's problem : ) Xavier. _______________________________________________ Hackit Bar mailing list - [email protected] Wiki: http://community.hackit.cx/ List: http://community.hackit.cx/ml/ Forum: http://community.hackit.cx/forum/ Ideas: http://community.hackit.cx/ideas/ IRC: irc://irc.freenode.net/#politis
