Translation of my own posts: - I think we need all the options. But we should communicate out that it is 'First Come First Serve' service. The sooner the PPT sent, the earlier the translation would be done. The morning of 30th, the translation team might need to be there earlier, let's say an hour earlier and then inform whoever want the translation service, that the service will be started from 9am.
Additional idea on instant translation. If we can find additional LCD monitor 17-19 inches to be connected to the laptop, we can do the live subtitle without additional projector. But we need to arrange the seating for 'minority group' either Forienger in Thai session or Thai in Eng session so that they are all close to translator. Just use normal word program with large font like 24-28 pix so it can be seen in the 2-3 meter range.
