That it's not enabled by default is good, but if it's enabled, wouldn't
a memory size that's smaller than what's actually available affect where
OP-TEE is placed when this change is applied?

Sure, if there's a good reason, it shouldn't block rework, but I don't
deem this a good enough reason.

I have grown to dislike the boilerplate nature of our PBL entry points.
I want to rework this fully in the coming months, so I would prefer not
to add intermediate breakage till then, so users can switch at once to
the new model.

[My idea is that we will flesh out the common entry point that sets up
the stack to go much beyond that: An entry point will record what SoC is
used and whether it's running from RAM or not and then the common entry
point would do relocation, call the SoC-specific setup function and then
handoff execution to a user callback.]

As described above, I don't think we should change the API right now.

Sure, but we don't need to go out of our way to break it either.
In this particular case, I think it would be better to use the handoff
mechanism and await the PBL rework.
