Since commit 63277454ed06 ("ARM: boards: i.MX93: use kernel dts"), the
FRDM uses the upstream DT, which supplies the eMMC from the PMIC.
No defconfig enables a driver for the PCA9451A PMIC, so with deep probe
both regulator lookups would now fail with -EPROBE_DEFER.
Let's allow dummy supplies for the PMIC regulators as we already do for
the TQMa93xx.
