yes it seem to be an FS problem. Files under 5 MB could be transferd with up to 
100 MB / s via cifs. Big files with about 100 MB per file will be very slow 
with 13 MB / s via cifs.

So i have to dig into that...

@ Bruno no id deactivated compression because jpeg is already compressed and 
with an LTO-5 i can use hardware compression if needed. I mean i can remember 
that in Bareos manual it is the recommended way to not compress the data before 
writing it to a tape

If you both or an other have an idea which direction i have to search on that 
windows server please let me know!
