More success with the stable version.
I have found that on boot the postgresql service is not running
sudo systemctl status postgresql
postgresql.service - LSB: Start the PostgreSQL master daemon
Loaded: loaded (/etc/init.d/postgresql)
Active: inactive (dead)
CGroup: name=systemd:/system/postgresql.service
If I issue:
sudo systemctl stop bareos-sd <-- (this one always takes ages to stop)
sudo systemctl stop bareos-dir
sudo systemctl start postgresql
sudo systemctl start bareos-sd <-- (yet starts instantly)
sudo systemctl start bareos-dir
I can then connect using the "Bareos Administration Tool"
