You cannot specify the year, but September 3rd is possible. Run = sep 3 at 12:00 Run = oct 16 at 12:00 Will do exactly what you ask for.
All the examples I see for Bareos/Bacula shows the 1st Fri, the 4th Sun, 2nd-4th Sat, etc. I'd like to schedule some jobs that don't typically fit in the conventional schedule. Thanks.
