I'm trying to get a Copy job going. What I'm trying to do is copy recent
full backups (which are stored on disk) copied to tape so they can be
taken off-site.
The Copy job creates jobs, but the jobs it creates are all stuck it
seems with a JobStatus of 'C'. An example:

The 'C' status seems to be "Created but not yet running" but I don't
understand why it isn't running. Or what it is waiting on.
