Sorry, I can't help you with this. Have you created a feature request in http://bugs.bareos.org? I guess, this problems only occurs with Windows? As a workaround, I suggest, that you redirect the output into a file and store it with the backup. This way, you have at least access to the log output.
Anyway, I see you are using wbadmin (the native Windows backup tool) together with Bareos. That is interesting. We also spend some thoughts on this.
