oh. i somehow missed there is bug tracker. i'll create an issue later.
i got only 1 russified OS - terminal server (and i got same issue on russified
Win7 while testing). other (win/nix) servers sends their logs well.
after all i didn't change any (output) parameters in win-fd config. i tried to
make fd to save output into file to detect is problem on fd-side or on
dir-side, but failed with this.

i got "Client Run Before Job = "C:/scripts/bareos-backup-image.bat""
"bareos-backup-image.bat" is:
wbadmin delete catalog -quiet
rd /s /q "D:\WindowsImageBackup"
wbadmin start backup -backupTarget:d:
-include:\\?\Volume{b8dfc433-eb48-11e3-8563-806e6f6e6963}\,c: -allCritical
-vssFull -systemState -quiet
and fileset is: "File = "D:/WindowsImageBackup""
so i store one daily image on D:\ and delete it before job.
