Well, in this respect, nothing have changed in Bareos 16.2. You can
still use the old configuration in /etc/bareos/bareos-dir.conf.
The new layout just splits this in several files, which many people find
more convenient. Still, if the old configuration is there, it is used.

You see the fileset with
"show fileset"

With "list filesets" you will only see it after the first job did run
using this fileset. (fileset are synchronized to the database when they
are used).
