you can read that it's mandatory to have the very same version for DIR and
SD. As for FD, things are much relaxed (even if the gory details,
unfortunately, are missing).

Based on what I read and based, also, on my direct experience in "mixed"
bacula/bareos environments, I bet that you can safely rely on FD 16.2 with
a 15.2 SD&DIR.
