I've set my file based volumes to truncate on purge. I found that I had set my expiration date too long and filled my disk. So I changed the retention period on all of the volumes. Now I've got a couple of issues.
1) I'm not seeing the expired volumes getting automatically purged, even though I have autoprune on. 2) I started manually pruning my expired volumes with purge action=truncate storage=File pool=AI-Incremental volume=AI-Incremental-0001 I'm finding that if a backup is running gives the message "Unable to truncate volume". At this point my volume is marked as purged, but the file has not been truncated.
