Hello I have trouble with retention time of my jobs. I observed that the retention time is taken into account when the job is executed.
To clarify my comments, I explain my pb. I have a server that contains 1.5 TB of data. I backup this server 2 times per week with a retention period of 6 days in order to keep only 2 backups. In practice, the retention time (6 days) is applied when my server has been backuped up for the 3rd time. So finaly, I have 3 backups per week instead of 2 before that first backup was remove. And the size of backup data being important, this 3rd backup saturates my disks. For information I put "AutoPrune" to yes. I wanted to know if it was possible to take into account the retention time of all the jobs without its last being executed? In advance, thank you for your answers Regards Knoax -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "bareos-users" group.
