Not sure what is going on. Your setup with options is like mine and it backs
up files. I do have AutoExclude = Yes in my options and my options are in the
include section but Bareos will use the last set of options so you should be
good. Here is what the docs say.
AutoExclude = <yes|no>
(default: yes)
Automatically exclude files not intended for backup. Currently only used for
Windows, to exclude files defined in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM
\CurrentControlSet \Control \ BackupRestore \FilesNotToBackup , see section
FilesNotToBackup Registry Key.
