I have this case on one of my systems. I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 on that system using the following source: deb http://download.bareos.org/bareos/release/latest/xUbuntu_16.04 /
I am going to be replacing this system with a 64-bit OS as soon as I have the time. If you execute "apt search bareos-director", you should see results with "i386" in them. These are the 32-bit packages.
