Thanks for the report! This confirms my suspicions that we're probably using the wrong endpoint. The confusing thing is that there only seemed to be one available endpoint pair in the lsusb output you guys provided. I think I still have a windows usb capture from Troy, I'll have to dig it up and see if Windows is doing anything special.
