I found it the log, thanks.  From that log, the Product ID is 0004, and
for the Class 0xFF interface, it had two pairs of endpoints: 0x81/0x02
and 0x83/0x04.

Interestingly, only 0x81/0x02 shows up in the lsusb output, along
with a pair of 0's listed as Control enpoints.  That still looks
suspicious to me.

Just out of curiosity, what kernel versions are you guys running?
