Well, I've just tried again and the 8120 is not recognised whether the SD
card is mounted or not. I checked /proc/bus/usb/devices and the file is
zero bytes in both circumstances. By the way, this is one of the only things
I need Windows for. I have to use the Blackberry Desktop software on my
wife's XP laptop - I can't seem to convince her to move over to Linux but at
least she's not using Vista!
