Chris, you may want to take a look at my build for Mandriva: http://svn.mandriva.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/packages/cooker/barry/current/ Fedora and Mandriva have many similarities in architecture and packaging philosophy, and we often use very similar specs.
