I've been trying to get Barry working on PCLinuxOS with my BlackBerrry 9530 "Storm" from Verizon.
Using mandriva's Barry RPM's as a template (..thanks AdamW!) I created a set of RPM's for PCLOS that seem to work fine (installed and ran without errors..). Initially I could not get my storm to be recognized, but after a restart I was a able to get connected: lsusb returned: ------------------------------------------------------- Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0fca:8004 Research In Motion, Ltd. ------------------------------------------------------- btool -l returned (ID numbers removed): --------------------------------------------------------- Blackberry devices found: Device ID: .
