Shannon,
Look under the control panel -> network settings
You should see entries for dial up with modems as the device name.

See if you can find the number to dial while your looking.  The chat 
scripts you are using has ATDT*99# but looking at the usbsnoop you sent 
me awhile back has the command ATDT*99***1#.
