It was a very first approach, and I stopped after teh compiling error I got. For compiling both versions at a time, packages should differ in name, and for what I have seen in Debian, there are not opensync-plugin-* and opensync04-plugin-* packages. Also, it should be checked if support for both libs at a time is expected, or the 0.22 will be deleted once 0.4x one is uploaded to unstable.
