For a while, it used to be possible to have the SD card mounted, and
access the databases at the same time.

Then, it was discovered tha some devices would spontaneously reboot if this
setup was active, especially if you were accessing the database and
copying files.  I was unable to find anything particular to Barry or
Linux regarding this, so it was added as a Known Issue.

Perhaps new versions of the BlackBerry detect this and automatically disable
the SD card?  I don't know... I haven't seen this behaviour before,
but considering the Known Issue, it might be for your own good. :-)
