If you get this error, replug the device and try again.  Barry is currently
unable to recover when the device gets halfway into Desktop mode.

If you always get this, even after the configuration change, and replugging
the device, do this:

        <replug device>
        btool -tv -P <password>

And post the output to the mailing list.  I can't guarantee I can fix it,
but I can take a look.
