Once those are done it works. The version in F12 is 0.15-0.9.20090630git so looks like he took a snapshot from the June 30th message referenced above. In anycase, it works, I just need to fix the permissions and I'm not sure why. No rush if you are busy, but if you have any ideas, that'd be great too ;)...
