Thanks, it wasn't too big, so I manually approved it. There is a 100k
limit on the list.
The number of endpoints on this device is more than I usually expect.
The delay you're seeing is likely each probe attempt on the endpoints.
Version 0.17 does cycle through all the endpoints automatically, so
I assume they were all tried, and all failed.
One thing you could try is to move /usr/sbin/bcharge to another location
temporarily:
mv /usr/sbin/bcharge /usr/sbin/bcharge.temp
And then re-plug your device. Send the lsusb -v output again
(Just for Research in Motion if you like) and try the GUI too.
The BlackBerry won't be charging, but his may open the database.
