The patch does not work for me. Exchange 2010 still does not deliver the released mail. What I found out is: The original Message-ID from the Linux system changes, but there is a Message-ID in the header of the mail like "Message-ID:<17AE017C28FC8B41992273ABDABE80C746BDA251@Exchange.exchangehost.local>" and Exchange 2010 takes this Message-ID to identify duplicates.
